What Does Being Out of Network Mean?

• Insurance Reimbursement:

  Our office submits all insurance forms for you at the time of service. Most insurance companies send the benefit payment to Fasteau Family Dentistry. You will be responsible for the balance. For the few companies that only send benefits to the patient, payment is due at the time of service.

• Benefits & Coverage:

  Depending on your plan, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement. It's a good idea to contact your insurance company to understand your out-of-network benefits and the reimbursement process.
